How webhooks work

  • Planna POSTs JSON to your URL with an HMAC-SHA256 signature in the X-Planna-Signature header.
  • Verify the signature with your webhook secret before processing the payload.
  • Respond with a 2xx status within 10 seconds. Failed deliveries retry with exponential backoff for up to 24 hours.
